Shipping Policy

UK Orders

Shipping is free on orders over £89, while a delivery charge of £3.95 applies to orders below this amount.

England and Wales orders normally take from 1-3 working days to arrive from the day your package gets received by a courier. Scotland and Northern Ireland orders may take slightly longer to arrive to their destination.

International Orders

International order fee starts at £12.99 and depends on the total order weight.

International customers: Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Gymzey is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

Shipping Services

We use Royal Mail to ship light weight and small items. For bigger items up to a certain weight we use DHL UK Express delivery service. All the heavy and large items (i.e., sets of multiple weight plates, gym machines, heavy punching bags) are delivered with a Pallet Delivery Service.

In addition to aforementioned shipping couriers, we reserve a right to use other couriers if an order might require us to do that.

Tracking numbers and estimated delivery time is provided with every order. You will also receive phone or email notifications.

If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@gymzey.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
